대학생의 진로결정자기효능감이진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정수준과 고용가능성의 매개효과

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behaviors and to investigate the mediating effects of career decision level and employment possibility on college students who represent young people. For that, a questionnaire survey was conducted for university students and 204 collections were used for the analysis of this study. The results obtained from this study are as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy of university students has a direct effect on career preparation behavior. This means that the higher the career decision self-efficacy, the higher the career preparation behavior. Second, career decision self-efficacy has a positive (+) effect on career decision level. Third, career decision self-efficacy has positive effect on employment possibility. Fourth, as a result of examining the effect of career decision level on career preparation behavior, the relationship between career decision level and career preparation behavior was not significant. Fifth, employment possibility has a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Sixth, career decision self-efficacy had a positive effect on career decision level, but the effect of career decision level on career preparation behavior was not significant and career decision self-efficacy and career preparedness partly mediated.
