여가 개인화 현상에 대한 여가 이론적 고찰 - ‘통합된 여가제약모형’의 비판적 적용 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the increasing individualization of leisure in Korea since the 2010s. During this process, leisure theory was adapted. To achieve the research purpose, the ‘leisure constraint theory’, which is the most widely used in the existing leisure theories, and the ‘model of integrated leisure constraints’, which is developed by the influence of social structure and environment on the individual’s leisure behavior, have been critically applied. Regarding the selection of research subjects, seven qualitative papers related to leisure alone were selected by applying the data extraction method of qualitative meta-analysis, and 26 cases of leisure participation were used in the study. The analysis results can be summarized into the following five categories. 1) The social structure and environment influence the individual’s leisure choices and behaviors. 2) Motivation for participation and constraints influence each other. 3) Participation experience forms a cyclical structure that affects social structure and environment again. 4) Leisure benefits such as peace of mind, and self-reflection through leisure alone act as facilitators for leisure participation. 5) In leisure time alone, sharing of experiences through SNS increases, and new relationships appear in interpersonal relationships. Leisure alone will provide new changes in leisure culture and will enable a variety of meaningful leisure experiences. This study seeks to find the meaning of changing leisure phenomena and to suggest the future direction of domestic leisure research.
