지속가능한 e-Learning을 위한 지식 생태학적 품질관리방안과 기준

초록

The purpose of this study is to provide the method and criteria of e-Learning quality management for building a sustainable e-Learning as knowledge ecosystem through the lens of ecological e-Learning quality management by pointing out the limitations of and problems with an existing perspectives of e-Learning quality management. A sustainable quality for e-Learning as a knowledge ecosystems is not the quality of individual e-Learning components, which are mutually exclusive, but the ecological and interdependent e-Learning quality that a whole e-Learning system triggers circular learning. In this research, the critical components of e-Learning and their relationships from the concept of efficiency, ecological efficiency, and ecological effectiveness are reviewed. Followed by this critical discussion, the limitations of and problems with current e-Learning quality management, such as individualistic quality management, decontextualized quality management, course-based quality management, quantitative quality management, efficiency-driven quality management, are critically analyzed from the perspectives of knowledge ecology. This paper provides five fundamental directions for knowledge ecological perspectives of e-Learning quality management, which are interdependent quality management, context-dependent quality management, positive quality management, qualitative quality management, and self-organizing quality management. Based on the knowledge ecological perspective of e-Learning quality management, the five criteria for e-Learning quality management, which are consistent with five fundamental directions for knowledge ecological perspectives of e-Learning, are proposed. Finally, e-Learning 2.0 which is consistent with web 2.0 is explored for the purpose of exploring the new possibility of e-Learning.
