언택트 시대 비대면 실시간 온라인 CoP 활성화 요인 탐색 및 우선순위 분석 : 국내 대기업 A사 CoP 참여자의 인식을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the effective factors and relative importance of nonface-to-face synchronous online CoP(Community of Practice) in Untact Era featured by COVID-19. For this study, open-ended questions was conducted to explore CoP’s effective factors and survey was conducted to analyze the recognition level of importance affecting factors the CoP. As a result of this study, factors affecting nonface-to-face synchronous online CoP were presented 6 themes and 29 subfactors. Effective Factors of nonface-to-face synchronous online CoP differentiated from existing face to face CoP mainly were derived expanding the role of CoP leader, the need for CoP knowledge and content curriculum design, and creating a non-face-to-face learning environment. Relative importance of effective factors for nonface-to-face synchronous online CoP was identified CoP participants' willingness to participate, CoP leaders' enthusiasm and preparation, theory and practical expertise, CoP curriculum design based on participant’s needs, user-centered learning system, job-related contents, contents level adequacy. The significance of this study is that it has explored the effective factor of nonface-to-face synchronous online CoP that it has presented implications for field application and further theoretical studies.
