Application of Oxide Glasses for Li Secondary Battery
초록
Aerosol flame deposition methode was applied to deposit the oxide glass electrolyte film and Sn/SnO2 composite anode for Li-ion secondary battery. To produce Sn/SnO2 composite powders, as-synthesized SnO2 powder were heat-treated under 5% H2 and 95%Ar mixed gas atmosphere at a temperature of 600℃ 1~4h. And the oxide glass electrolyte thickness of as-deposited Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 electrolyte film were about 15㎛. The deposited Li2O-B2O3-P2O5 glass film was sintered for 1h at 700℃ to make densified layer. After solid state sintering process the thicknesses were reduced to approximately 6 ㎛. The resulting samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HRTEM), and electrochemical measurements. Electrochemical results showed that the Sn/SnO2 composite by heat-treated at a temperature of 600 oC for 1 h has the best cycling behavior among all the samples. This composite electrode exhibited an initial capacity of 1476 mAh g-1 in the range of 0.01~1.2 V and maintained a reversible capacity of above 327 mAh g-1 for more than 15 cycles.
