With rapid changes in managerial environment, corporate coaching training programs, which are regarded as one of the leadership training for survival, are being highlighted. The research on effects and course satisfaction of corporate coaching training programs provides discussion for the direction of corporate coaching training. This study aims to analyze the factors that influenced learners’ recognition and course satisfaction in learning context components of corporate coaching training programs. CIPP evaluation model is used in order to improve and to give systematic feedback. 118 learners who participated in coaching training program by H coaching center are selected. Following are the results of this study: First, the highest variables that affect the learners’ recognition in learning context components are 'requirements of organizations', 'coaching philosophy', 'coaching skills', 'learners’ characteristics', 'learning performance', 'interaction and feedback', 'coaching process', 'learning contents', and 'organizational supports'. Second, the variables that affect the course satisfaction of coaching training programs are 'learning performance', 'learners’ characteristics', 'feedback', 'coaching skills', 'coaching philosophy', and 'interaction'. Although coaches' competencies are important in course satisfaction of coaching training programs, coaching activities that focused on learners’ characteristics and their expectations are regarded as the most influential factors. This study is significant in the sense that it suggests the priority factors in designing and managing the corporate coaching training programs.
