초록

In semiconductor system, the electrical conductivity of conducting polymers, especially conducting polyaniline, is theroretically relay on hopping mechanism. Therefore, the type and amount of dopants are significant factors at high temperature due to the thermal dedoping of organic dopants. For example, in spite of superior doping efficiency of hydrochloride to the other organic dopants, its electricial conductivity is sensitively unstable depending on temperature.
