주택 의사결정지원시스템 구축을 위한 예측모형에 관한 연구

초록

This study conducted the analysis on selection of residential location and housing type with a focus on households in terms of building a prediction model for housing decision support system. We estimated Logit Coefficients of Binary Logit Analysis and Multinomial Logit Analysis and presented equations for calculating the probability to choose a particular house or probability to belong to a particular house. this study carried out specific prediction model setting and empirical analysis and has significance in terms of supporting decision making that can be actually used to consumers by adding data base and building interface according to future demand requirements of a changing society.
