고등학교 교사의 디지털 역량 및 교육 환경과 인공지능 수업 효과에 대한 잠재 프로파일 분석

초록

The purpose of this study was to identify latent profiles of the level of teachers' digital competence and digital education environment and to identify factors that influence the classification probability of the profiles and differences in the effectiveness of AI-based learning by the profiles. We utilized data from 792 high school teachers from the Daegu Education Longitudinal Study (DELS), and identified four profiles such as ‘Digital Emergent’, ‘Digital Adaptive’, ‘Individual-Led’, and ‘Environment-Led’. Teacher efficacy and school culture had a significant effect on profile classification probability, while principal leadership had a partial effect. The differences in the effectiveness of AI-based learning among the four profiles were also statistically significant. Based on these findings, we emphasized the need for customized training that takes into account the level of digital capabilities and digital education environment and discussed implications for realizing effective artificial intelligence education.
