결혼이주여성들의 여가활동 특성에 대한 비판적 고찰 - 지속가능한 문화융합사회로의 진입을 위한 인본주의적 가치실현의 전망 -

초록

The study is to analyze the relationship of leisure activities of foreign immigrant women married to Koreans and their sociocultural characteristics, and to offer a rationalization for the relationship. The result shows that foreign wives’ leisure involvement has no direct impact on their leisure satisfaction, but they are more satisfied with leisure activities when the motivation of functional achievement is used as a parameter. It has significant sociocultural meanings that labor and leisure can not be separable to foreign wives from developing countries, and leisure activities have social impact on them unlike Koreans. Therefore the government is required to establish national policies concerning the life-world of multi-cultural families in order that a multi-cultural society can be establish well in Korea that is rapidly moving toward it. Especially, social discussion should be made from a humanistic perspective on the lives of multi-cultural families to enter a sustainable cultural convergence society. After all, the government needs to take structural approach, considering the publicness in making leisure policies to embody the original meaning of leisure for foreign women married to Koreans.
