청소년의 공동주택 커뮤니티시설 이용현황과 만족도 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current usage statues and the satisfaction of apartment community facilities in order to suggest the basis design guidelines for the youth community facilities. Due to lack of community facilities in a apartment complex, most of youth could not fully take advantages of them. The analysis of this study as follows.The result of usage at community facilities in a apartment complex showed meaningful difference. 1) Most of middle and high school students did not use the community facilities. However, elementary school students used the community facilities more than middle and high school students. They used them about less than one hour or 1~3hours. 2) The most of students were frequently used the learning facilities among others. Although the elementary school students used outside sports facilities, the middle and high school students and the college students used inside sports facilities. 3) The elementary school students’ satisfaction were high and boys’ satisfaction were much higher than girls.
