우리나라 지역별 산업토지수요 예측에 관한 연구

초록

The paper is to forecast regional land demand by industry and to suggest the amount of land supply that a region should prepare. Currently, Korea is undergoing a rapid transformation of land-use due to decreasing agricultural land demand and increasing industrial land demand. Hence, for an efficient allocation of resources, it is important to forecast industrial land demand and to direct the landuse of a region accordingly. In other words, over-supplied land demand could produce unsold land which results in waste of resources. On the other hand, underestimated land demand could lead to social congestion and undermine industrial incompetency due to increasing land price. The paper attempts to establish a framework of forecasting regional land demand, and to estimate industrial land demand based on the results obtained.
