구조파를 이용한 볼트부 축력 비파괴측정 시스템 연구

As industrial safety issues increase, much research is being conducted on precise measurement methods for the bolt clamping force. In particular, the estimation of the clamping force in bolts is important in the transportation and construction industries. There are various methods to measure the clamping force using an instrument that is heavy and requires special setup. However, to meet the requirements, fast and accurate measurement technology must be included through self-diagnosis of the machine. In this study, a structural vibration was applied to the bolt joint to observe its propagation characteristics according to the change in the bolt clamping force. The clamping force was determined using its characteristics. As the clamping force increases, the arrival time of the structure wave at the opposite location is reduced. This indicates that the structure wave is affected by the displacement caused by the clamping force. Self-determination was successfully carried out using the structure wave signal as the input learning data through the deep-learning algorithm. This technology is expected to contribute to the industry related to joint reliability assessment.
