전문대학 예체능계열 대학생의 진지한 여가에 대한 현상학적 연구- 진로를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is a phenomenological study to grasp the essential meaning of the experience of the elements that have important influence on career decision making process in the college of arts and physical education students to choose their majors and occupations. The research proposition is that what is the main influence of the college majors selection? In the case of students in college of arts and physical education who are currently engaged in vocational activities, what qualities enable students to continue their efforts to acquire relevant jobs for the major? As a result of the research, the two propositions came into contact with the attributes of serious leisure, and derived the six elements of patience, professionalism, effort, unique style, continuous profit, and identity. Initially, they started with casual leisure, but gradually turned into serious leisure. In the process of doing, they felt self-efficacy through the confirmation of immersion, talent, and accomplishment. Participants were engaged in economic activities as a new job online, and expanded their learning through YouTube and SNS. Based on the results of the research, Based on the results of the research, it was found that the study area of serious leisure theory was extended to the career field, and it is meaningful to study how human beings find their own uniqueness in the 4th industrial.
