골프장의 효율적 운영관리를 위한 경기시간 분석

초록

Golf is one of the most popular sports in Korea, and the number of golf course is rapidly increasing in the recent years. Until very recently, the demand for golf course exceeds the supply, and the main concern of golf course management is how to handle the overflowing booking requests. This trend, however, is changing and competition is growing as the number of golf courses increases with the construction of many new courses. Booking requests for weekdays are declining and many golf courses are seriously thinking about efficient management of day to day operations of the course. The main part of golf course operations is time management of golf games since a golf course company sells playing times to the golfers. We collected data from a golf course, analyzed it to find out the important factors affecting the playing times of the golf game.
