국내 기업의 클라우드 도입 특성 분석을 통한 의사결정 전략 방안에 관한 연구 - MSP 기업의 과금 데이터 분석 및 FGI 중심으로

초록

Today's business environment is becoming increasingly complex due to rapidly evolving technological innovations and dramatic market changes. In such an environment, maintaining competitiveness and achieving growth requires Dynamic Capability, the ability to respond agilely to rapidly changing external conditions and customer demands. Dynamic capability refers to a firm's ability to reconfigure resources, seize new opportunities, and generate sustainable performance in constantly shifting market conditions. One of the most effective strategies to enhance dynamic capability is Digital Transformation. Digital transformation involves integrating digital technologies into existing business processes, operations, and organizational structures to drive innovation. Through this transformation, companies can respond swiftly to changes and achieve operational efficiency. In particular, cloud computing has emerged as a key technology accelerating digital transformation, playing a crucial role in enhancing organizational flexibility and agility to support dynamic capability. This study examines the characteristics of cloud adoption among domestic firms by analyzing customer revenue data from Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for national policy-making bodies related to cloud computing, as well as for cloud service providers and consumers seeking to improve their strategic maturity in leveraging cloud technologies.
