A case of Opalski`s syndrome with cerebellar infarction
초록
Ipsilateral hemiparesis with symptoms and signs of lateral medullary syndrome was first described by Opalki in 1946. He reported 2 patients with ipsilateral hemiplegia, ataxia, Horner`s syndrome, diminished facial sensation and diminished superficial sensation of contralateral side
