거리가게(노점) 특화거리 조성사업에 따른 상업가로 변화및 이용자 만족도 영향요인 분석- 노량진로 거리가게 특화거리를 중심으로 -

초록

In 2015, Dongjak-gu relocated the illegal street vendor near Noryangjin Overpass. Through these project, the existing distance walking environment became comfortable and the Newly created street moving population increased. The purposes of this study are to analyze the changes of commercial street after street vendors specialized street project of Noryangjin, and to figure out the factors influencing the satisfaction of users as specialized street. Research methods are divided into two stages. First, to analyze the change of Commercial Street, we analyze the change of the individual land price and the estimated sales change. Second, conduct questionnaire survey and regression analysis to analyze factors affecting user satisfaction as stated. As a result of analysis, the individual land price of the commercial street and the sales price by the type of business were influenced by the specialized street development project. It is interpreted that there is a positive influence on restaurant business and service industry in the surrounding commercial district according to the specialized street. The ‘street vendors competitiveness’ was the most significant factor affecting the overall satisfaction of street users. The conclusion of this study is that ‘street vendors specialized street development project’ is a valid strategy to promote regional commercial activity.
