도시청결에 영향을 미치는 도시환경요인에 관한 연구 - 서울시를 중심으로 -

Cities are places where people live, and garbage and pollution inevitably occur, and waste disposal and cleanliness are essential to improve the quality of living environment. Against this background, the purpose of this study is to analyze factors influencing urban cleanliness using the urban cleanliness evaluation conducted by Seoul Metropolitan Government and to provide basic data for maintaining a pleasant street environment in autonomous districts. The spatial scope of this study is Seoul, and the analysis was conducted using the PLS regression model regardless of the number of samples, and citizen satisfaction and site cleanliness were used as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the variables derived as equally significant variables from citizen satisfaction and site cleanliness had different magnitudes of influence, but the same direction. Floating population density and income level, commercial building ratio, public/business building ratio, non-smoking area density, and cleaning budget per capita were found to be significant in terms of citizen satisfaction and site cleanliness in common. In addition, the ratio of reconstruction/ redevelopment was found to be significant only in the civic satisfaction, and the ratio of apartments and non-apartments was found to be significant only in the cleanliness of the site.
