공동주택단지 내 어린이놀이터 이용 빈도에 영향을 미치는 물리적 환경요인에 관한 연구 - 동탄 신도시 내 아파트단지를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the frequency in the use of children’s playground, to determine the most preferable playground and analyze the environmental factors which effect the children’s preference of the playground. In addition, this study suggests proper location of children’s playground facilities in multi-family housing. Survey area included 12 apartment complex in the Dongtan new town in Gyeonggi-do Hwaseong-si. The results lead to the two following conclusions. 1) The playground user choose the playground by environmental factors in small size of apartment(less than 50,000㎡ site area and 500-1000 houses). However, in the huge apartment complex the children choose the playground which shorter distance (more than 50,000㎡ site area and 1000 houses). 2) There are correlation between playground preference and central square. The frequency in the use of playground was affected by close distance, visibility, and waterspout in central square. In conclusion, we suggests that the size of the apartment complex and environmental factors of central square should be considered as important factors when planning children’s playground facilities arrangement in multi-family housing.
