A study on the BIM-based Design Techniques for Sustainable Architecture

초록

As development of IT technology, Interest of Green building has been increasing rapidly. Because the construction industry is on the center of Green development, Green construction is demanded for efficient analysis solution of building performance. It is design stage, required greater levers of specialization. BIM has the ability to help guide the industry in a more sustainable direction by allowing easier access to the tools necessary to quantify a greener design approach. This study presents importance and validity of building performance analyzation in the early-design stage phase for the sustainable architecture with the support of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology
