초록
The purpose of this study is to provide implications on design and administration of entrance training for the experienced employees by analyzing their recognition level about components in entrance training context and the factors which primarily influence their satisfaction on entrance training. CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) evaluation model was applied to develop the study method and the subject of this study were 119 experienced employees in H corporation. The results are as follow. First, the critical components affecting experienced employees' recognition in their entrance training, rated from highest to lowest, were ‘training environment’, ‘training activity’, ‘satisfaction of corporation and learners' training needs’, ‘understanding of corporation’, ‘introduction of entrance training’, ‘corporational support of human resource cultivation’, and ‘adoption to organization’. Second, the factors that have significant effect on experienced employees' satisfaction of entrance training were ‘training activity’, ‘adoption to organization’, and ‘understanding of corporation’. This result shows that the level of learners' recognition about components in entrance training context is high but more importantly, that the educational activities applied various learner-centered teaching methods and strategies play considerable role in learners' satisfaction in entrance training. The result of this study is expected to contribute to suggesting the priority factors to design and manage entrance training for the experienced employees.
