청소년 진로진학상담교사의 전문성 인식이 직무 만족 및 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of career education & guidance teacher's recognition of professionalism on job satisfaction and job involvement. Also the purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of the job satisfaction in the influences of recognition of professionalism on job involvement. To achieve this purpose, this study conducted empirical study. Survey data were collected from career education & guidance teachers taking the training program for minor. This study is revealed the following four findings : First, the recognition of professionalism makes positive effect on job satisfaction and job involvement. Second, job satisfaction has a moderating effect in relationship between recognition of professionalism and job involvement. This study shows that the influences of career education & guidance teacher's recognition of professionalism on job satisfaction and job involvement. It is meaningful that the result of the study can be used as basic information for the educational program support for career education & guidance teachers.
