잠재프로파일(LPA)분석을 활용한 Z세대의 경력성공 인식유형에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify latent profiles of the generation Z workers based on the perception of their career success using latent profile analysis. This study utilized the 2018 GOMS(2019 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) collected by the Korea Employment Information Service. The results showed that there were 5 latent profiles: Balanceㆍamicability focused, rankㆍsecurity focused, rewardㆍsecurity focused, expertiseㆍrank focused, enjoymentㆍself-realization focused profile. In addition, the effects of major-job match and whether or not full-time worker on the probability of belonging to each profile were significant. Finally, there were significant differences in turnover intentions between profiles. Based on the findings, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
