초록
This study poses the problem of over-learning society through Deleuze’s philosophical discussion of ‘differentiation’ and ‘generation,’ in which learning of identity was forced and the academic background code obtained as a result, without being used by society or individual turning to waste. Accordingly, through the integrative review, implications for lifelong learning ecosystem as a system to overcome over-learning society based on the differentiation principle were explored. As a result, first, lifelong learning was defined as ‘Respecting the inner differentiation and autonomy of lifelong learner,’ ‘Connectable, resource-driven lifelong learning environment,’ ‘Lifelong education institution as a space for recovery of the subject and social participation,’ and ‘Daily learning to be reborn as a learning subject through interpersonal resonance.’ Second, as a system to overcome over-learning society, implications for the lifelong learning ecosystem based on the differentiation principle were derived, ‘Lifelong learning ecosystem that re-recognizes academic background code as a certification of learning completeness,’ ‘Establishment of an integrated lifelong learning system that aims to accept diversity,’ ‘Lifelong learning ecosystem that induces a change from accumulation-monopoly of academic background to shared-symbiotic flow,’ and ‘Lifelong learning ecosystem that organically connects individuals, learning, work, and home.’
