도시개발사업에서 생활 접근성이, 주거만족과, 주거가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

His study analyzed the causal relationship between life accessibility, housing satisfaction, and housing value in urban development projects. In order to differentiate from existing previous studies, an empirical model of life accessibility, housing satisfaction, and housing value was established in urban development projects. By categorizing the upper and lower factors, and considering the results of this study, we intend to effectively establish plans for urban development projects and present policy directions and provide them as evidence. The representativeness and normality of the sample was confirmed, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated by conducting a correlation analysis to examine the relevance between the measured variables. In addition, multiple regression analysis was applied to verify the causal relationship between study variables, and a mediating effect analysis was conducted using a process macro model to find out the mediating effect.
