리더십 효능감 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 -중소기업의 맥락에서-

초록

Although there have been a number of studies indicating leadership efficacy is a major variable explaining effective leadership, there have been few domestic studies on leadership efficacy. In order to develop leadership efficacy scale, an open survey using interview and written questionnaire with 27 SME leaders were conducted. 91 statements were narrowed down to 42 questions through experts’ evaluation. 3 factors and 22 items were extracted based on exploratory factor analysis conducted for 500 SME leaders, and confirmatory factor analysis, the criterion / convergent / discriminant validity test and reliability test of the selected items were conducted for 600 SME leaders. As a result, 22 items finally selected; task performance efficacy(10 items), obstacle coping efficacy(6 items), and relationship enhancement efficacy(6 items). Implications and limitations of this study with suggestion for workplace counselling and future studies were discussed.
