스마트팩토리의 핵심성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

This study is to provide implications by identifying critical success factors affecting business performance of Smart Factory, and empirically analyzing the effects of these factors on business performance. For this study, previous literature review were examined. Four hypotheses were developed based on the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through online survey. The data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, and structural equation modeling analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that Information System, CEO Leadership, and Employee Competency had significant positive (+) effects on operational and environmental performance. This study has the differentiation of research by empirically analyzing the relationship between the key success factors of smart factories and business performance for a specific industry, the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. In addition, it has academic significance as an initial study for deriving more expanded key success factors in the future. It is expected that this study will lead to implications for the direction and prospects for the introduction and implementation of the mission platform in the 4th industrial society.
