초록
Resilience plays an important role in preschoolers’ emotional stability and social adaptation. This study examined the effectiveness of a shortened six-session version of “MindPong,” originally developed by Kim & Kim (2024) to enhance multidimensional resilience in preschoolers through the integration of cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and art therapy approaches. The shortened version was systematically adapted from the original evidence-based program to address the core components and practical needs of educational settings. A total of 84 five-year-old children participated, including 44 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. The program was delivered twice weekly in a classroom format, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Program effectiveness was evaluated using teacher-rated resilience scores across emotional, relational, and competence dimensions at pretest, posttest, and one-month follow-up. The results showed significant improvements across all resilience domains in the experimental group, with gains maintained after program completion, whereas no significant changes were observed in the control group. These findings highlight the program’s applicability and preventive value in promoting preschoolers’ resilience and emotional well-being in educational settings.
