Tangential properties of aspherical Poincare complexes

We survey the tangential properties of an aspherical properties of the Poincare copmplexes. In particular we concentrate on the construction of the unstable tangential fibration, which mainly lies in proving the end fibration is in fact the unstable tangential fibration.
