한-카자흐스탄 문화협력을 통한 박근혜 정부의 인문정신문화 진흥을 위한 제언

share characteristics in common with the humanistic and cultural ethos that Korea is trying to promote. For the sake of Korea’s own history and cultural education, it is crucial for us as well to understand the history, culture and art of the Koryo-ins. It is hoped that the Park administration’s cultural policies will be implemented in a way through which the Korea-Kazak relationship can grow stronger, and in this sense the following recommendations can be made：1)Korean-Kazak educational cooperation in the ‘Eurasia era’, 2)systematic research on the Koryo-in diaspora literature, and creation of ‘field stations’ for artists, 3)digital archiving of oral and creative records of the Koryo-ins, 4)commemorative historical projects between Korea and Kazakhstan, and the one source multi-use concept. The Park administration has prepared a variety of education and other programs to spread the liberal arts spirit in our society, and to enrich the national culture in the longer term. This approach that has just been implemented in Korea needs to be promoted outside of Korea as well by creating synergies with the government’s ‘Eurasia Initiative.’ In this process, the government should pay greater attention to another form of our history, culture and art that has blossomed in Kazakhstan.
