초록

We constructed a nobel optical add/drop filter for DWDM optical access networks using the tap coupler and the fiber bragg grating. This device has unique features including much simpler structure and low implementation cost and appropriate characteristic. Experimental showed that 21dB and 4dB insertion loss at the drop and the output port, respectively. But the channel extinction ratios of this device showed appropriate characteristics of 15 and 26dB at the drop and the output port, respectively.
