융복합 수학수업의 실행 방안 탐색: 미적분학의 기본정리를 중심으로

초록

This study explored the action plan for Yungbokhap education approach to school mathematics and developed a material for “the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus” as a way to reform mathematics education in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed Korean national mathematics curricula, case studies of mathematics instruction. In addition, mathematics textbooks were analyzed in order to identify contexts used in the textbook task. Based on the analysis, the study proposed the action plan to implement integrated mathematics instruction and designed a class material based the context of desertification. The material allowed students to examine ‘desertification’ through posing problems, reflecting on problem-solving process and sharing their outputs. Finally, this study provides discussion concerning the importance of Yungbokhap approach to mathematic instruction for the improvement of school mathematics.
