노후저층주거지 재생과정에서 지역사회(Community) 내조직 활동 간의 관계구조에 관한 연구- 성북구 장수마을 사례를 중심으로 -

It is important to know roles and cooperation of various actors to address complex local issues in deteriorated low-rise residential areas. The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for sustainable management of low-rise residential area through relational structure of the community activities which were performed by various groups. Research area is Jangsu village which has been continuously developed with its unique residential regeneration for about 10 years by various groups. This study uses DEMATEL method. The results are as follows : first, the role of residents is to speak their opinion and idea about the place where they live. Experts devised schemes and carried them out based on local issues and residents‘ opinions. Local government received a good evaluation from local community about installed infrastructure which residents had required and organized old houses for a short time. Second, it shows a high level of contribution and sustainability in the activities by various groups because they could consistently change the activities and their positions for dealing with a change of village and new problems. The results of the study show real capabilities and possibilities of each group in regeneration projects of low-rise residential area.
