Telomerase activity in human brain tumors undergoing p53-dependent apoptosis

Addition to the antiapoptotic property of telomerase, telomerase may influence on the p53-dependent apoptosis of the human brain tumor. And so, these results reflect that apoptosis can be induced effectively by inhibition of telomerase activity in the brain tumors with p53 expression.
