초록

This paper proposes a double-layer multi-objective optimization framework for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarm-based distributed antenna systems, jointly considering UAV deployment and beam synthesis weights. The proposed approach employs diffusion swarm optimization (DSO), in which UAV placement and beam synthesis weights are iteratively optimized while reflecting their mutual interaction. A diffusion stage perturbs isolated particles to enhance exploration and prevent premature convergence, while a Pareto-dominance based formulation manages the trade-off between sidelobe level (SLL) minimization and signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) maximization. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves up to 3.51 dB of additional SLL suppression and improves SINR by up to 1.49 dB. These results validate the effectiveness of the double-layer DSO framework in achieving balanced and robust optimization performance.
