BIM 기반 건축 플랫폼 구축 방안에 관한 기초연구

초록

A number of platform services, which have been rapidly growing, led by the recent Internet revolution, are drawing attention as the main drivers of the fourth industrial revolution. In the case of architecture, a platform for matching architectural history is being created for architectural owners. It is commissioned by the architect to provide the necessary systems for the entire process of architecture, from matching architectural history offices, planning design, design contracts, and implementation design. While there are architectural-oriented service platforms that connect the architect with the architect, the platforms supporting the designer's work are still insufficient. In this study, we propose the role and composition of open BIM platforms that can increase the efficiency of designers' work.
