주행도로 경사를 고려한 시스템식별 기반 실시간 모델 예측제어기 개발

초록
In this paper, a real-time controller using Model Predictive Control(MPC) that distributes the optimal torque of an electrified vehicle for optimal fuel efficiency driving in slope-graded road has been studied. Due to strengthening of regulations on fuel efficiency and exhaust gas, the development of a controller for optimized fuel efficiency is actively being carried out. One of the most widely used optimal control strategies is Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy (ECMS), but there is a limitation in that performance decreases when optimal solution is out of the constraint range or model uncertainty. In this paper, to overcome the above limitations, real-time MPC controller with system identification process has been suggested. Specifically, the overall system identification process and the selection process of each factor that determines the performance of the optimal solution has been described. By using system identification MPC controller, SOC balancing performance and fuel efficiency has equivalent or improved result in various speed profiles with slope compared to ECMS.
