국내 대학에 진학한 중국 이주배경 중도입국청소년의 진로진학상담 경험에 대한 질적 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for effective career and guidance counseling for Chinese migrant youths by exploring their experiences in career and guidance counseling. The research questions are as follows: first, what is the content of career and guidance counseling experienced by Chinese migrant youths? Second, how did career and guidance counseling affect Chinese migrant youths? Third, what additional support do you think is necessary for career and guidance counseling? To this end, 1:1 in-depth interviews were conducted for two months from June to August 2022 with 13 Chinese migrant youths who received career and guidance counseling services from the Migrant Youth Independence Support Agency located in S City to collect data. The collected data were analyzed through Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). As a result, 3 areas, 6 categories, and 21 core concepts were derived based on the research problem. It is hoped that the results of this study will accurately understand the needs of Chinese migrant youths regarding career and guidance counseling and help them adapt to Korean society.
