트럭 프레임 FE 모델의 피로 수명에 대한 신뢰성 해석

초록

In this paper, the statistical moment calculation technique that transforms the statistical moment into sum of single integration using uDR and integrates the approximated moment using gaussian integration point and weight based on FFNI is proposed. Then the example that is about fatigue life as response function and implicit relation between random variables and response function. Multibody dynamic simulation of the truck model is performed to calculate the applied force on the frame FE model. Then the quasi-static analysis of the truck frame to calculate the stress coefficient of structure is performed. Finally using the stress histories based on the linear combination of constraint forces and stress coefficients, fatigue analysis to calculate the fatigue life is done. Then the accuracy and efficiency are compared with other conventional technique to estimate the statistical characteristics.
