공공공사 일괄발주 낙찰률의 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to research design-build deliverly method according to unit-price change and to predict the probability of upward and downward movements. Design-build deliverly method unit-price was used with the data which were obtained by Public Procurement Service and five public enterprise of affiliated Transport and Maritime Affairs for project deliverly method of public sector between 2005 and 2009. Project deliverly method in order to secure construction project quality and economic approach by effective selecting should be made effective. Through this research for the advancement of public construction project delivery method has a study for basic research by effective and the improvements.
