대학생을 위한 AI 융합 진로교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

초록

In this study, we developed and evaluated an AI-integrated career development program aimed at enhancing college students’ understanding and application of AI, as well as their competencies in career exploration and planning. Using the ADDIE model, we designed a three-day, activity-based extracurricular program and implemented it at a national university in Seoul with 13 participating students. Changes in six core competencies—convergent thinking, human-AI collaboration, AI career self-efficacy, AI career interest, AI career goal-setting, and career adaptability—were examined through pre- and post-program surveys. The results revealed statistically significant improvements in human-AI collaboration, AI career self-efficacy, AI career goal-setting, and career adaptability. Additionally, a post-program satisfaction survey evaluating four areas—content, methods, outcomes, and support environment—showed consistently high satisfaction across all domains, with the support environment receiving the highest average score. These findings suggest that the program contributed to improving students’ career design competencies and practical AI skills. As a result, this study presents a feasible model for integrating AI and career education in higher education and provides insights into its potential for broader application.
