공동체문화의 관점에서 본 공동주택 실외 커뮤니티시설의 공간계획 특성 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

초록

Outdoor community facilities are insufficient to enable the Community and lack of culture. This study aims to offer the basic data of the spatial plan to enable the outdoor community facilities in terms of community culture. First, the spatial extent is the square of the outdoor community facilities, trails, rest facilities of to study the range. Culture of the community, the formation of the community spirit, information exchange through casual contact, friendship strengthening, strengthening of the sports facilities and fitness function, enhancements of participation programs and events activities and club activities, an outdoor community facilities, such as effective it can be. A total of three apartment houses built in the area since 2009, was chosen to look at the current situation.
