초록

In this study, a factor analysis was conducted based on variables expected to affect regional growth in order to identify the impact of innovation city construction policies on regional capacity and balanced national development, and RCI was developed through this. As a result of regional capacity analysis through RCI, it was found that the innovation city construction strengthened the regional capacity of each metropolitan government. As a result of the analysis of balanced development between regions through the coefficient of variation, in the case of regional capacity, balanced development between basic local governments was achieved within all metropolitan local governments. were analyzed as mixed. Despite the fact that the innovation city construction policy secured a balance of regional capabilities, the imbalance between regions deepened in terms of population migration and the resulting GRDP, which are representative policies. Although the innovation city construction was balanced overall, other aspects such as population and GRDP Rather, it can be said that regional inequality has deepened.
