대학생의 부모기대부응이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 향상초점과 완벽주의적 자기제시의 조절된 매개효과

초록

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the mediation effects of promotion focus and the moderation mediation effect of perfectionistic self presentation in the relationship between the parental expectation and career attitude maturity of Korean university students. The process of data collection and analysis in this present study was about 6months. To that end, a survey was conducted on all graders in two universities located in the capital and Gyeonggi areas using the Parental Expectation Scale, Career Attitude Maturity Scale, Promotion Focus Scale, and Perfectionistic Self Presentation Scale. The data of 244 participants were analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and Model 1 and Model 14 of the Process Macro. The results showed a partial mediation of promotion focus in the relationship between parental expectation and career attitude maturity, and perfectionistic self presentation was found to moderate the mediating effect of promotion focus. Through these findings, the present study emphasizing the importance of the effect of parental expectation and promotion focus on Korean university students’ career attitude maturity, empirically confirmed that this relationship can be controlled by perfectionistic self presentation. And proposes effective educational and counseling intervention measures for university students who complain of career-related problems. Lastly, limitations of the present study and suggestions for future studies are presented.
