병원 간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘이 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의와 자기비난의 조절된 매개효과

초록

The purpose of this thesis was to verity the mediating effect of self-criticism on the relationship between workplace bullying and suicidal ideation of hospital nurses, as well as to verify the moderated mediation effect of socially prescribed perfectionism on the relationships among the three variables. A survey was conducted to 241 hospital nurses who live in Seoul, Korea. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0, Amos 20, and Process Macro. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, significant correlation were found among all variable. Second, it was found that the full mediation effect of self-criticism on the pathway from workplace bullying to suicidal ideation was significant. Third, socially prescribed perfectionism played the moderating role on the relationship between self-criticism and suicidal ideation. Fourth, the moderated mediation effect of socially prescribed perfectionism was found significant on the relationship between self-criticism and suicidal ideation.
