접경지역 관광지 이미지와 관광제약이 만족에 미치는 영향: 관광지 이미지와 관광제약의 영향관계 비교

초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of destination image and tourism constraint satisfaction in Cheolwon having the uniqueness of Borderline area. DMZ tourists of Cheolwon were participated in this survey. 264 questionnaires were collected from onsite surveys. A total of 215 valid samples, excepting 36 copies of false entries' were finally analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results were as follows. First, destination image of DMZ showed the positive influences on satisfaction. The destination image is consisted of three factors: security, nature and cultural tourism. It was found that security and cultural tourism affected satisfaction excepting nature. Second, the influence of tourism constraint on satisfaction of DMZ tours was also found to be statistically significant. The factors of tourism constraints were reduced into five factors: lack of facility, limitation of tourist route, limitation of tourist attraction, limitation of time, and impossibility of independent travel. The three of factors among them affected satisfaction. Third, destination image influenced more than tourism constraint on satisfaction.
