비주거용 건축물의 리모델링 활성화 방안

초록

Remodeling market has been vitalize with apartment housing as the center figure. But, demand of non-residential buildings remodeling is very low situation. So, the purpose of this study was to suggest activity methods for non-residential building remodeling. Before anything else, remodeling make a thorough investigation into the main cause of the impediment in the non-residential building and suggest ways to improvement. Improvements are as follows; (1) the integrative of relevant legislation (2) the reorganization of remodeling business system (3) the financial support and incentive system
