대학생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화: H 대학을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and rationalize tools for objectively measuring core competencies suitable for educational goals set by focusing on H university. This study was conducted from September 2019 to February 2020. After reviewing and redefining the six core competencies established by H University, 125 self-reporting questions about core competencies were developed through literature research. Next, 99 questions were selected according to the researchers' discussions based on the results of validity verification by a panel of professors and education experts. The first survey was conducted on 204 H university students, and 41 questions were selected based on reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The second survey was conducted on a total of 986 H university students, and the core competencies diagnostic tool was finally determined to be 41, which is 6 factors, by conducting reliability and factor analysis. In addition, criterion-related validity was confirmed to verify the relevance of 6 factors to learning, career, motivation, and emotional areas. Through this study, the core competencies diagnosis tools of university students were developed and justified to verify the operation and effectiveness of the curriculum in line with educational goals set by H university. And the research is meaningful in that they can be used as a basis for future capacity-based curriculum operation, improvement of various programs, and feedback.
