중국 엘리트 철인 3종 경기 선수들의 기능적 움직임 분석

초록
In order to explore the characteristics of physical functional movement of elite triathletes in China, this paper selected eighteen triathletes as test objects, adopted FMS, YBT, and isokinetic force test methods to examine athletes' functional action, and combed special training theory to make a comprehensive analysis for the test results. The results showed that: 1) athletes' FMS scores were higher (17.78 for male athletes, 16.56 for female athletes), rotary stability, squat and shoulder suppleness scores in the seven action modes were relatively low, especially the rotation stability, and at the same time female athlete's trunk push-up stability also scored low; 2) in athletes' YBT test, upper limb comprehensive failure rate was higher (83.3%), compared with 5.6% in lower limb comprehensive failure rate; failure rate of upper limb bilateral comparison in Y and Z directions was about 40%, compared with nearly 30% in lower limb in Y direction; the passing rate of male athletes' upper limb in Y direction was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of female athletes; 3) the ratio of F/E peak torque in lower extremity knee joint was less than 50%, and the difference rate of double lateral flexion and extensor muscles strength was between 6.79% and 10.27%. Thus, it can be concluded that elite triathletes in China have better physical suppleness, stability and flexibility, and perfecter basic movement pattern completion degree, but their upper limb and trunk have relatively weak stability and coordination ability(shoulder stability, and core area stability need to be strengthened), especially female athletes; athletes' lower extremity balance and suppleness are better, but knee flexion and extension muscles strength are out of balance, which is characterized by obvious flexion muscle development deficiency and general imbalance of muscle strength on both sides.
